Why did I keep recording my exercise, but the streak didn't increase?

It is very likely that the type of exercise you set as your goal is different from the type of exercise you actually recorded.

Can iOS and Android accounts be logged in to each other?

Yes! Starting from app version 3.20.0 🎉 The data and membership are all accessible

iOS widgets doesn't refresh?

Please confirm:

1. iOS Settings App – Background App Refresh – Check if Fito is enabled.
2. Ensure it is not in low battery mode.
Both of these settings can cause the widgets to fail to refresh.

The Apple Watch can't add Fito's watch face?

First, you need to confirm in the “Watch” app whether the Fito’s watch app has been installed.

If you still can’t add it, you can manually try to modify the complex module in the original watch face to a Fito widget. Any watch faces with the word “modules” in its name is acceptable.

Why is the calorie for the workout I recorded using Fito so low?

By default, we synchronize with Apple Health, and your height or weight data may be incorrect. You can check it in app Settings – Body Measurement.

Has the routes of outdoor exercise not been recorded?

If you have already granted GPS and notification permission, but some tracks still haven’t been recorded, it might be that the phone system has shut down the Fito app process.
If your phone has the ability to manage the power consumption of apps separately, you can set Fito to options such as “Allow High Power Consumption”, and then try again.
You can go to the “Settings – General” section of Fito, and share your logs and database files to getfitoapp@gmail.com We will check them.

When recording the food calories, was any food missing?
