Step‑by‑step: rescue your apple watch rings with Fito

  1. Open Fito and go to Add Workout (Manual).
  2. Select the closest activity type (Fito supports 80+ types) so the entry matches what you actually did.
  3. Set the date and start/end times to the actual time you exercised — make sure it’s today or yesterday (older entries may not be accepted by the system).
  4. Enter duration. Accurate time and distance make the estimate more realistic.
  5. Check calories:
    • Default behavior: Fito estimates active calories using your profile (height, weight, sex), the chosen activity, and duration — and writes those active calories into Apple Health.
    • Pro/custom option: if you’re a Fito Pro user you can manually override the calorie value (useful if you know a more accurate burn from a treadmill or other device). Make sure you are editing active (active energy) calories so the Move ring updates correctly.
  6. Save and let Fito sync — wait a minute or two, then open Apple Activity to confirm the ring updated.
