Set the bench to a 30-45 degree incline. Lie back with feet flat and shoulder blades retracted.
Lower the bar to just below the collarbone (upper chest) and push up along the line of the collarbone.

小贴士
1. The bench angle should not exceed 45 degrees, otherwise the anterior deltoids will take over too much.
2. The bar landing point is higher than a flat bench press, near the upper chest/collarbone.
3. Control the descent speed; do not let the bar free-fall.
