Inhale and hinge hips/knees to squat until thighs are at least parallel to the floor, exhale and stand back up.

1. Knees should track in line with toes; do not let them cave in.
2. Tight core, straight back, chest up.
3. Sit back into the squat, weight centered on the foot.
4. Do not fully lock out knees at the top.
